Stacey Brigham

Stacey is the Regulatory Director for TCA.  She joined TCA in 2007 and works directly with clients to educate and advise them on federal and state policy matters.  She is responsible for advocacy and expert witness testimony on critical issues in both the federal and state jurisdictions, including federal universal service reform, various state high cost fund reforms, consumer protection and wireless spectrum regulations.  She is a member of NTCA's Associate Member Task Force, which provides expertise and assistance to the Industry & Regulatory Policy Committee. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  In her spare time, Stacey loves to travel and enjoys foreign films.
